In January 2026, we released an important new feature for Apollo Ask: the POS (Point of Sale) module.
This module completes 100% of the customer management workflow — from searching for services on the Apollo Ask website, booking an appointment at the salon, checking in upon arrival, to making payment at the salon.
The POS module also includes promotion and marketing management features that significantly support customer retention strategies, helping increase revenue from both new and existing clients.
In the future, we will develop a dedicated AI chatbot for the POS system to reduce data entry time for receptionists, in addition to our existing chatbot for online bookings and ordering.`
In addition, the company is finalizing preparations for the release of a new version to the market in mid-2026, featuring a full suite of powerful and user-friendly functionalities on a cloud-based platform.
Customers will simply subscribe based on the number of users and select cost-effective subscription packages tailored to different functional levels, ensuring flexibility and scalability to meet their business needs.
